

Managing, shaping & developing the Insights and Forecasting team

Assist in driving the “Situational Analysis process” to analyse market and customer challenges and establish a sound foundation for creation of evidence-based commercial strategies.Engage with Core Commercialisation Teams (CCTs) and Early Commercial Teams (ECTs), to review brand performance and outlook and market situation to guide on strategy development.Develop, broaden, and maintain a performance monitoring and reporting framework (reports and online dashboards covering in-market performance, promotional performance, patient performance) based on an array of available data sources.Communicate market insights to broad audiences within Novo Nordiskĭrive brand and affiliate performance management process.Proactively foster integration of key insights in strategic planning work.Proactively foster ongoing collaboration with brand teams, affiliates, and regions.Lead and participate in key cross-functional projects within CS&CA, Operations and other parts of Novo Nordisk.Lead strategic projects in partnership with key stakeholders Inform and enable resource allocation decisions based on patient and economic-potential forecasting.Enable capacity and production investment decision-making by the Investment Portfolio Committee (IPG), through development of volume forecast for all key products.Enable Novo Nordisk pipeline product/project valuations, through the development of demand forecasts and collaboration with other units in Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs.Establish a robust short- and mid-term forecasting process for key products and geographies, to inform global business cases, investment and launch planning, and product allocation in the company.Guide long-term commercial investment decisions and strategies globally, based on the Long-Term Forecast (LTF) 10-year sales outlook.The position is based in Soborg, Denmark.ĭrive global portfolio forecasts and business cases to facilitate strategic decision-making for Executive Management, CSCA management, sales regions, R&D management, and Product Supply Management The Vice President will report to the Corporate Vice President, Portfolio Strategy and lead a team of more than twenty employees globally. This requires a high level of innovation to investigate new analyses, draw conclusions, and highlight insights, as well as to improve on-going processes and systems. This involves interaction with key brands, affiliates, regions, and senior management in support of decision-making and strategy development at brand, portfolio, and corporate level.
